CONTINUITY and BOOKING APPOINTMENTS |
We'd like to remind patients that we offer a wide range of appointments from early morning to early evening, with doctors and nurses, some can only be booked on the day the rest can be booked UP TO THREE WEEKS in advance. Therefore if you want to see a particular person then booking the appointment in advance is highly recommended - continuity of care is often very helpful, but of course for an emergency you will need to see the clinician that is available.
We now have more staff than ever before and the pressure on our appointments system is definitely easier. Mondays are still the busiest so if it will wait till later in the week then that might be worth considering.

Would you like to order repeat prescriptions, book or cancel appointments or ask us a simple question – online?
Well now you can, but first you must register for this service. Ask at reception for a printout of your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ and the sheet will direct you to the website where you can now logon to SystmOnline. More details can be found HERE or click the logo above.

AUDLEY MILLS SURGERY IS NOW RESEARCH ACTIVE!
We have agreed to participate in clinical research to benefit the wider community. You might be contacted to ask if you would like to participate in studies, obviously this decision is entirely up to you, it will not compromise your care in any way whatsoever and all personal information will be treated in the highest confidence. We are excited about this new direction for the surgery as it fits well with our overall aims to be evidence based in our practice of medicine. |
EXTENDED HOURS
The Surgery is now open from 7:00am until 8:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 6:30pm Friday. Please reserve these early and late appointments for patients who work during the day. We still offer plenty of daytime appointments for those able to attend during 'working hours'.
Please note that the out of hours service is responsible for emergencies after 6:30pm.
We are a large General Practice in the centre of Rayleigh, Essex.
