Audley Mills Medical Education Centre (Churchill House)
This is now open and gives us 9 new treatment rooms. It is important to know where you are going for your appointment so please follow this guide.
The existing building has not changed, and contains Consulting Rooms 1-9 plus Nurse Treatment Rooms A, B and C and secretarial and management support.
The new building contains consulting rooms 11-16 and Nurse Treatment Rooms D and E - all on the first floor. Please use the stairs if possible, and reserve the lift for disabled users - it's not very speedy! If you would prefer to be seen in a ground floor consulting room and do not have a preference about who you are seeing then you might want to make this wish known to the receptionist when making appointments.
Please continue to park in Websters Way Car Park - we are experiencing an increasing number of problems from a tiny minority of inconsiderate patients who park in our car park and block access. Remember that the on-call doctor is making house calls throughout the day and it is simply not on to block him/her in. The disabled spaces in Websters Way Car Park are nearer to our main entrance than our car park anyway so there is no excuse for coming into our car park from Eastwood Road. Please ask Taxi Drivers to drop you off from Websters Way Car Park disabled bays.
The entrance for the new building is up the ramp under the archway (look for the dark green shutter where the pigeons USED to be!). New signs are being ordered and will hopefully make navigation clear. You cannot access the first floor from the Eastwood Road entrance (between the Pharmacy and the Nail Shop).
