Should you require to refer a child or young adolescent for counselling or help, there is of course the CFCS but there is also Bridge Counselling Service at Basildon - if you are not aware of this, it is a charity based service that charge minimum fees.  Staff are specially trained in this area.    It's a self- referral system but when making appt they should stipulate that its for a child.   Will also counsel with family etc.

Our counsellors will only see children from 16, although sometimes 15 if nearing their 16th birthday with parental awareness and maturity!
